At Filo & Twine we produce high quality artisanal bread using only the finest ingredients. Our pursuit for high hydration loaves means our bread has both a soft crumb and a brittle crust. All of our sourdough is fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, bringing with it a host of health benefits*.

Filo & Twine Limited was started in 2019 by founders Michael Anfilogoff & Ken Twineham. It began as a events catering company offering Lavish Grazing Tables, Boards & Boxes.
However due to the effects that the Covid restrictions had on the catering industry we had to put our heads together and come up with something new. A local bakery came on the market and we knew it was an opportunity we couldn’t resist!
